Qhotels own over 20 luxury Hotels across the UK including such iconic properties as Manchester's Midland Hotel, the Queens Hotel in Leeds and Crewe Hall. Wish began working with Qhotels in 2008, delivering email marketing campaign creative and fulfilment services across a large and diverse database.
Working closely with the head office in Leeds, the Wish team soon became aware that cross communication between Hotels was almost non-existent, with multiple requests coming into the HO marketing team on a daily basis, so we considered how we may be able to assist.
Recognising the potential time and cost savings to be made across the Hotel group, Wish pitched an idea to introduce a secure online marketing portal. This portal would enable each Hotel to view and share marketing collateral produced for other Hotels in the group. Time savings were exponential and the QHub has become an incredibly powerful tool for the Hotel Group.
