Responsive Web Design Supporting Branding Re-Launch
Wish were chosen by TeleWare Plc to develop their new brand and oversee the introduction of a Customer Experience strategy. Over a period of months, Wish worked closely with TeleWare’s management, staff and clients to understand their brand position and how the brand touched the various stakeholders.
Following a thorough market research study development of the brand position, values and promise were developed and in September 2013 the new brand was launched to the world including the new website. Following the responsive web design, Wish are now helping TeleWare market their class leading services to the financial markets both in the UK and overseas.
Treading New Ground Online For Teleware
New Brand, New Website, Great Results!
An International Brand
The challenge for the Wish creative team was to produce a brand tone of voice that conveyed the professional, reliable spirit of the TeleWare business. In a hugely competitive market, TeleWare’s evolution to communicate their service USP’s needed to be right.
Responsive Website Development
To support the brand re-launch, Wish created a new microsite that was responsive to adapt for mobile and tablet screen sizes. The website was delivered to a tight deadline and launched on schedule.
Online, offline, through the line, our creative team were on hand to assist the client in all areas to deliver a full service agency solution.
A Wider Marketing Campaign
The starting point in our work with TeleWare was the brand, working through a significant and very successful process to reposition the TeleWare brand both in the UK and internationally.
Our website design & development team did such a fantastic job with the website that TeleWare also asked Wish to create offline marketing collateral, we created a portfolio of marketing literature and our sister agency managed all of the print work delivering an outstanding full service solution for the client.
Our work with TeleWare continues with an evolving marketing strategy helping the business grow its global markets.
