Co-Founder & Managing Director
After 15 years' in the sector, Chris launched Wish Digital to create a transparent, expert, results focused agency. His expertise across user experience, online retail & digital marketing is second to none & put to great use for our clients. When he's not puzzling over our next strategic move, he's managing our fantastic client portfolio or making sure the studio have enough tea and coffee to keep them going. Before his body started to resist, Chris used to play a lot of football, these days he runs and enters muddy obstacle course events to stay fit, and of course enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
A faded child TV star, Wilf fell reluctantly into marketing in his 20’s and found to both his surprise and relief he was actually quite good at it. Since then Wilf has worked in marketing in Europe and the US before founding Wish in 2003. With a wealth of senior marketing experience on both the agency and client side, Wilf tragically still awaits that elusive and frankly unlikely call from a television casting director.
Having joined Wish over ten years ago, Steve has grown to become the senior creative lead in the studio, his past experience in offline creative gradually became extensive expertise in digital design, producing everything from emails to websites or apps to bespoke CRM & internal portals - always keen to add a slab of creativity and researching new ways to push designs for our clients. Outside of Wish Steve enjoys the challenges of parenthood, live music with plenty of guitars, following the highs & lows of Castleford Tigers Rugby League, and a good mud run every now and again.
Digital Project Manager
Mark works with the design and development team, ensuring projects are run on time and come in on budget. He also provides on-going support and assistance to clients following the launch of sites. With over five years' experience in both agency and client side marketing teams coupled with a business degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, he's able to provide guidance to clients on how to build their web presence post launch. Outside of work you'll find Mark cycling and running around the Yorkshire hills or planning the next foreign city to explore.
Head of Digital Marketing
Steve has been a familiar face on Yorkshire's digital scene for over 12 years, having begun his journey in the pre-Panda & Penguin SEO industry back in 2005. Since those heady days, Steve has spent time building award-winning marketing teams for a couple of digital agencies, directing the ecommerce operations of some of the area's most recognisable brands and running his own Digital Lead Generation Consultancy. He has now returned to his spiritual home in the agency world and has wasted no time in shaping the Wish marketing service offering into a force to be reckoned with. A keen footballer, Steve can often be seen smashing the ball 20 feet over the goal at one of Harrogate's sporting arenas.
Account & Project Manager
A strong background in advertising, working within leading advertising agencies in the North of England, perfected Andrew's client servicing skill set. He is the customer's champion, striving to ensure that nothing short of a premium service is delivered to Wish Digital's clients. Andrew liaises with clients and the studio, managing project critical paths and all activity to deliver on project objectives. Outside of work, he's another fitness freak, if he's not at the gym or cycling, he's thinking about either of those things and if he's not thinking about those things, he's probably reading about them.
Online PR & Campaign Specialist
Sara has a varied background in both marketing, print management and PR and holds a CIM Diploma in Marketing. She has worked both agency and client side for a cross section of blue chip clients, including several years working in Dubai. Sara works with clients to create engaging online & PR campaigns, writes engaging copy and press releases, is our media liaison and assists with client social media activity. On evenings and weekends Sara becomes a taxi driver for her two teenage children.
Helen manages all of the agency finances, invoicing and credit control, as well as the company payroll, liaising with our suppliers and ensuring we pay all of our bills on time. When she isn't thanking clients for paying their invoices on time, number crunching or trying to locate a receipt that one of us has lost, Helen enjoys watching her lads play football (to a high standard we might add!).
Danielle studied BA Broadcast Journalism at the University of Leeds and she is a skilled sound and video editor and content writer. This is Danielle's first job in digital marketing and she loves her new role because she is learning so much and "every day is different." Danielle's hobbies include watching movies, going to see live bands, collecting Lego and long walks on the beach.
Jonathan joined Wish Digital with over a decade of agency experience, working on a huge range of projects for specialist industry sectors and high street retailers alike. Jonathan brings knowledge of a various languages and frameworks, along with a passion for keeping up with the ever-changing industry in order to deliver builds tailormade to specific requirements. Jonathan's skills and expertise allow him to build applications to ensure we remain at the top of our game as true industry specialists.
Web & Apps Developer
Craig is a self taught expert in everything to do with the internet. If Tim Berners-Lee hadn't created it, Craig would have - and it would probably be even better. From ecommerce websites, to apps, to API's, Craig turns his hand to all kinds of complex projects at Wish, and with a strong understanding of SEO to boot, he ensures our websites are incredibly well optimised for success. When he's not at work, he's usually either coding or repairing a mechanical issue on his motorbike.
Dawood is a recently graduated front-end developer who is immensely skilful and a self professed perfectionist! He loves working at Wish as he's constantly evolving his knowledge and learning new technologies every day. Outside of work, as with many of our team he's a keen sportsman, playing and watching / taking part in football, boxing and cricket. He's a Liverpool fan, but we'll let him off if you will?
Alice joined Wish in 2016 and has become an important part of the design team. In recent times, projects have included work for clients such as CD Medical, Augean plc and M&A Pharmachem, designing web pages and supporting print documents, exhibition graphics, packing design and branding. If she isn't working or thinking of creative email campaigns, Alice is probably out shopping for both herself and her home, decorating or walking.
Junior Creative Artworker
Michael graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Graphic Arts & Design, which has been nothing but good news for Wish. Having joined our growing team in 2018, Michael quickly made his mark on the studio by smashing two mugs on the floor. Since then, he's been like a design rock, supporting our creative director and studio team in all areas of our client services. He's interested in most sports on a social level, especially trampolining, but designing and creating things is a hobby as well as a job.
